Graduating with a BA in the Philosophy of Science and Logic from Fordham University in 2009, Vincent worked for several years in non-profit development for reachwithin, helping to develop numerous fundraising campaigns that now form the core of our development strategy. Vincent has logged many hours on the ground in Grenada, helping to monitor program development and collaboration with regional stakeholders, including St. George's University. Formerly the Associate Director of Development for reachwithin, Vincent is currently the Development Officer for CUNY's Business School, Baruch College.  Sharing his passion for social innovation with the next generation of NYC's business leaders, Vincent now helps to educate Baruch students and recent graduates on the impact and importance of philanthropy across all areas of life. Vincent plans to pursue an MBA in International Business from Barcuh's Zicklin School of Business.

John Chobor, Esq. has dedicated the majority of his career to improving health care in the United States.  Mr. Chobor has practiced a variety of law (corporate, commercial, civil and criminal) at three New York and Connecticut law firms early in his career.  Mr. Chobor has exclusively focused, since 2000, on health-related organizations.  He has founded and run six companies that deal exclusively in health care, specifically aiming to improve the quality of patient care while reducing cost, most recently the Athena Care Independent Practice Association.  He has served other health-focused organizations, such as The Greater New York Health Care Facilities Association, Inc., in a leadership position.  Mr. Chobor has been a long time supporter and board member of the Bartholomew J. Lawson Foundation for Children, since its inception in 2003 to present.  He also has served as the Chair of the Board of Trustees at the Country Day School, in Madison, CT.  Mr. Chobor earned his BA in Economics from Ithaca College, where he was a member of the National Economics Honor Society, and he earned his Juris Doctorate from The National Law Center at George Washington University.

Beatriz Garcia is a Director at Brunswick Group based in New York.  Ms. Garcia specializes in global, business and trade media relations, reputation, and brand management, both online and off. Ms. Garcia also previously designed and implemented global reputation, brand, sponsorship and communications programs as an account director at Wolff Olins, a leading global brand consultancy. She has worked in several other communications roles in the past and has handled media relations campaigns in markets all over the world including the UK, China, Mexico, Germany, Dubai and Japan. Ms. Garcia is also a Board Member of CEC ArtsLink, an organization that promotes international communication and understanding through collaborative, innovative arts projects for mutual benefit. Ms. Garcia is fluent in Spanish and French.  Ms. Garcia earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of Texas at Austin, and a Certificate of Business at New York University.

Natasha Rossell Jaffe is an attorney with broad experience representing corporate and private clients in diverse areas including, antitrust, bankruptcy/insolvency, breach of contract/fiduciary duty, fraud, post-closing acquisition disputes, securities fraud, commercial real estate, employment, intellectual property, the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and federal consumer laws. Natasha also counsels financial institution, real estate developer, insurance, corporate, hospitality, and individual clients on a broad range of environmental matters including development/redevelopment projects, risk management and insurance, remediation of contaminated properties, environmental compliance and due diligence for real estate financing and corporate transactions. Natasha was previously an Assistant District Attorney at the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office, most recently having served in the Rackets Bureau, where she successfully conducted and directed numerous investigations and tried jury and bench trials. Natasha is an active member of numerous philanthropic organizations in Mexico and New York.

Kathleen Kinsella

Kathleen Kinsella is currently the Head of Emerging Market Macro Sales based in the U.S., joining RBS in 2010.  Prior to RBS, Ms. Kinsella was a Managing Director on the EM Sales Team at Citigroup for 12 years. Before Citi, she worked at Lehman Brothers for 9 years in Emerging Market Sales, Derivative Trading and Structuring and Corporate Finance in both New York and London. She began her career at JP Morgan in their Management Training Program. Ms. Kinsella serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors of EM Power and also held the same position for 6 years for Resurrection Episcopal Day School in NYC.  Ms. Kinsella graduated from Mount Holyoke College with a BA in Economics and Sociology.

Previously specializing neurolinguistics, Dr. Lawson has worked in New York as the Executive Director of both Clinical Associates for Rehabilitation & Evaluation and the Center for Cognition and Communication, as a Research Associate at the Institute for Research in Behavioral Neuroscience and as an Instructor at the Department of Neurology at New York University Medical Center. An active member of the Board of Directors of the Windward Islands Research and Education Foundation (Grenada), Dr. Lawson is also a member of the New York Academy of Sciences.

Aram Moezinia has over thirty years of experience with mergers and acquisitions, re-structuring, finance, licensing, deal structuring, management and strategic and operational planning. He has a strong background in business management, assessment and formulating of global enterprise strategy and development of business and organizations with global operations. Since 1980 Mr. Moezinia has originated and managed numerous investment transactions in the Life Sciences sector in Europe, Latin America and the United States. Mr. Moezinia has an extensive global network of relationships within the Pharmaceutical product development, manufacturing and distribution arena.
